Replenish Your Spirit and Communicate Kindness at Every Opportunity

Spring is a time for renewal. Each year, I look forward to celebrating my birthday on March 17 with my wife Yaeko, children, and the countless people who have become important to me over the years, including my Enagic family. Interacting with you in-person, over the phone and online helps to replenish my spirit and motivate me.

Receiving updates from Independent Distributors across the world continually reaffirms what we’re capable of accomplishing if we consider one important source for our strength: kindness. Kindness and compassion help to differentiate us from other companies and guides our actions.

This year, and for the rest of our lives, I encourage you to communicate kindness whenever possible. When people walk into office lobbies and we greet them, when users and Independent Distributors call customer support or email their concerns, please be kind. When people need help processing orders or finding a commission check, make them feel respected and welcome. People remember how they’re treated. We of course strive to have the best products possible, but that’s not enough to develop a giving, compassionate culture.

We have a lot to look forward to, including upcoming global conventions and the company’s 50-year anniversary celebration in 2024. I hope to see you at both events. You know that I’ll greet you with kindness and of course Kangen Water®.
