1. ISO Certification

ISO is an independent, non-governmental international organization with a membership of 162 national standards bodies. ISO management standards are a series of frameworks that help to run the business effectively. ISO certification is proof from a third party, that the business comply with an ISO management standard. 

ISO is the world's leading Management System Standard Globally adopted in virtually all industries.

Enagic Kangen Water received 3 ISO Certifications which are:

a) ISO 9001

ISO 9001 certification means that our quality management system has been audited and reviewed by an official registrar to ensure that our systems are focused on meeting customer's expectations through certified procedures and a continual improvement process. We never waiver in our commitment to provide products that contribute to improved health and to the global environment, coupled with best-in-class quality and customer service.

 

b) ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is the world's most recognized environmental standard. Our certification to this standard ensures that we've mapped out a framework for environmental management with the best practices to help minimize our environmental footprint. Specifically, we work to secure materials with a low environmental load, to reduce, reuse and recycle waste, and to conserve natural resources and achieve energy-efficiency in order to prevent global warming. Our team observes all laws, regulations and standards with regard to the environment and safety. Our employees are thoroughly trained to raise their awareness of environmental and safety issues for the prevention of environmental and work-related accidents. All practices and procedures have been certified by an official registrar.

 

c) ISO 13485

SO 13485 signifies that our quality management system demonstrates its ability to provide medical devices and related services that consistently meet consumer and regulatory requirements applicable to medical devices and related services. Kangen Water systems are currently used in over 200 hospitals in Japan today.

 

2) Water Quality Association (WQA) Certification and Gold Seal Award

The Water Quality Association (WQA) is a not-for-profit international trade association representing the residential, commercial and industrial water treatment industry. WQA maintains a close dialogue with other organizations representing different aspects of the water industry in order to best serve consumers, government officials, and industry members.

Through Gold Seal Product Certification Program, WQA offers a scientific method to assure the safety and efficacy of the devices consumers are purchasing. WQA provide an independent seal of approval on a variety of drinking water treatment products, which is only awarded after rigorous laboratory tests, literature review and materials assessment have been completed.

3. Member in Good Standing by Direct Selling Association (DSA)

The Direct Selling Association (DSA) is the national trade association for companies that market products and services directly to consumers through an independent, entrepreneurial sales force. Enagic Kangen Water International is a member in good standing. Only 200 (approximately) companies are members of this highly prestigious association.

6. Better Business Bureau (BBB) rating A+

BBB ratings represent the BBB's opinion of how the business is likely to interact with its customers. The BBB rating is based on information BBB is able to obtain about the business, including complaints received from the public. BBB seeks and uses information directly from businesses and from public data sources.

An environmental award is awarded for activities that lead to the protection of the environment. The awards may be open to the global community or only within a particular country or field of work.
